Welcome to www.musiclegato.com , which is published and maintained by LEGATO MUSIC ACADEMY. ("LEGATO"). LEGATO provides its service to users of the Web site, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by LEGATO from time to time without notice to you. Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") and Privacy Policy carefully before using the web site. Your use of the Web site is subject to your acceptance of this Agreement, and when you access, browse, or use this Web site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, this terms of service, Agreement as if you had signed it. Also, when using particular LEGATO services, you and LEGATO are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time.

1 Introduction
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH " LEGATO Music Academy" OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO ITS http://www.musiclegato.com WEBSITE.
Legato Music Academy is committed to providing you with the best online services in teaching music through online. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.musiclegato .com (the “Site”); it does not apply to other online or offline "Legato Music Academy" sites, products or services. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, do not use our services. You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and those terms and conditions that www.musiclegat.com ("Legato Music Academy", "this site", "we" or "our") may revise at our sole discretion, by posting the amended terms on this site. We may amend this Agreement at any time. All amended terms will be posted on the Site and shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site. This Agreement is effective upon acceptance in registration for new registering users.

2 USER’S ELIGIBILITY
services may only be used by individuals who to competent enter into a legally enforceable contracts under law. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement. Persons under the age of 18 can use our services only in consultation with, and under the supervision of their parents or guardians. Legato Music Academy conduct its classes through internet and its aspirants are obliged to find by themselves all the required technical devices such as webcam, microphone, electronic keyboard or piano. Only one student is permitted to sit in our “one to one” class programme. When a kid sits to learn in the class, elder’s presence there is must.

3 FEES AND SERVICE
Registering as students in musiclegato.com is free. But the services like tuition, homework help, online exam etc., are all chargeable. We do not charge fees for Gurus registration also. You have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. Our Fees are available in the appropriate pages or will be intimated on due course. However, we may choose to temporarily change our fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free first month services) and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event on the Site. "Legato Music Academy" reserves the right to change some or all of our musiclegato.com services at any time. "Legato Music Academy" reserves the right to increase subscription fees or to institute new fees at any time and it is applicable to the beginner to existing students, upon a notice posted in advance on the Site or intimated to you by any means at stipulated time. Unless otherwise stated all fees are in U.S. Dollars.(INDIAN RUPEES) The Site acts as a venue that allows anyone to receive services as a student. In any case, Legato Music Academy is unable to conduct classes, may be due to technical problems or due to public holiday, public strike, the class will be held on the nearest convenient day. User identity verification on the Internet is difficult, academy cannot confirm each student's declared identity. But we do verify the identity and the educational qualification of each and every guru who has been approved to deliver his/her services as a guru through our website. We strictly prohibit any direct or personal communication between the teacher and the student by any means (other than our chat mode) and thereby want to maintain the work discipline. We request the students, the parents and the teachers to co-operate in this regard.

4 REFUND of Fees
In any case, if a registered student who paid his/her fees is unable to attend the classes, his or her money will be refunded within 15 working days deducting only the office expense. If a student could attend only ONE class he/she will be eligible to receive 50% of the fees for the basic course and 75% of the fees for the beginner and advanced course. However, refund is not possible anyhow after attending two classes. The refund request will consider Email to info@musiclegato.com. Students should be present in the online at least 10 minutes before the class start. Lack of practice on the part of students or such problems will not be a sufficient reason to post pone or change a class. If a student fails to attend only one class during the 3 months course, it can be compensated by providing a class if the student informs earlier and this privilege is limited for only one class. However, students can have additional classes on egoist by paying additional fees. Students are also advised to contact their teachers and clarify their doubts by Email.

5 RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Any materials posted on the Web site that you copy, print, or download are licensed to you by LEGATO for your personal, non-commercial use only. You should not change or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices and not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Web site, use of the Web site, or access to the Web site. LEGATO reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Web site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that LEGATO shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Web site. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply/ obey with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside .LEGATO uses IP information to provide location-specific content on the Web site. You agree not to use a proxy to change or spoof your IP address or location when browsing the Web site or when purchasing products or services from the Web site.

6 PUBLIC COMMUNICATION AND FORUM CONDUCT
You are solely responsible for all content of any type, including but not limited to text, music, and/or photographs that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Web site. LEGATO does not control the Content posted by you or others on the Web site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. LEGATO will not be liable for any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any mode available in any manner through the Web site. Sending of abusive or unwanted material causing the work of LEGATO MUSIC ACADEMY experience of others to be disrupted is a violation of policies, may violate the law, and is unacceptable. Targeting another person or organization to cause distress, embarrassment, injury, unwanted attention, or other substantial discomfort is harassment, which is prohibited. Personal attacks or other action to threaten or intimidate or embarrass an individual, group, or organization; or attacks based on a person's race, national origin, ethnicity, handicap, religion, gender, veteran status, sexual orientation, or another such characteristic or affiliation are prohibited.

You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Website, Course Content, or advertisers is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Website, the Course Content, or the Software, in whole or in part.

10. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold LEGATO, and its directors, trustees, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and co-branders, or other partners, and other users, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Web site, your use of the Web site, your connection to the Web site, your violation of the terms of service, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

LEGATO may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Web site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. Termination, suspension, or cancellation of this Agreement or your access rights will not affect any right or relief to which LEGATO may be entitled in law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement all rights granted to you will automatically terminate. Paragraphs 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

16. TRADEMARK INFORMATION
LEGATO, www.musiclegato.com, Online Music lessons, trademarks, logos and product and service names are trademarks of it. Without LEGATO's prior permission, you agree not to display the above or use in any manner.

17. COPYRIGHTS and COPYRIGHT AGENT
LEGATO respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. You may notify LEGATO by providing the following information to our designated agent, if you believe you have a copyright infringement claim resulting from material posted on this site:

• an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; • a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; • a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site; • your address, telephone number, and email address; • a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; • a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

18. GENERAL INFORMATION
The terms of agreement and any posted operating rules constitute the entire agreement between you and LEGATO and govern your use of the Web site, supercding any prior agreements between you and with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement to any third party. The TOS and the relationship between you and LEGATO shall be governed by the laws of India., any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Online Service or the Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

19 VIOLATIONS
Please report any violations of the TOS to info@musiclegato.com ACADEMIC POLICIES LEGATO Music Academy currently offers Keyboard/Piano, Guitar classes as well as one on one classes. The aptitude test for your interest or eligibility measure test and it s duration is one Hour only. It is optional .If you eligible, you can enter regular classes with the teacher proper guidance. The basic Course duration is one month 4 classes duration 45 minutes with 8 lessons. Beginner course duration 3 months 12 classes duration 45 minutes each class with basic course sharp, flat, natural and major scales and Advanced course included major and minor scales and chords with lessons. After completing the course, if you request , students receive an e-certificate and advance to the next course. The certificate is only formal ……………………………………………………………………

If a student believes their grade does not accurately reflect their performance, they should first contact their teacher to discuss. If they are unable to resolve the issue with their teacher, students can send an email to info@musiclegato.com, and should include their name, course, teacher, and the reason they feel the grade is incorrect. Grade disputes must be received within one week of course completion.

The makeup class policy is to ensure that the Academy has a fair and uniform policy for all our students. A makeup class is offered only for the following reasons o If the Academy teacher is unavailable for a class o If any class could not be started due to technical problems arising from the Academy o Academy holidays In case of technical issues from a student’s end, we reach out to the student and recommend certain procedures that would help them. We would like the student to work on getting the changes done, before the next class. In case they don’t address the problem, the Academy will not provide a makeup class. For any class that is missed by students, the Academy strives to ensure that there is continuity for the students o The student may view the class and with the help of the Online Music lessons come prepared for the next class. o In case the concept is not understood, the student is provided with the opportunity to purchase an add-on class for a nominal fee and learn the concept. The Add-on classes are scheduled based on the student’s convenience. o If a student takes a break from the program then access to the course materials of the program will expire 30 days from the last class of the current course. o If student require continued access to course materials, they may choose to purchase a 6 or 12 month access based on their needs. o Students can request additional 1-1 sessions with teachers during a course to help them on specific concepts or if they have missed any classes. o In few cases teachers can recommend add on classes to students to bring them up to speed. o A mutually convenient time slot will be scheduled for add-on classes. If the student fails to attend a scheduled add-on class, there will be no refunds or rescheduling of the same class. o The academy also offers 1 on 1 class. o In the 1 on 1 class there will be only one student o The 1 on 1 class will be for a duration of 45 minutes and 1 class per week. o a student who wishes to take 1 on 1 class can opt for the same at the time of enrollment. o The class time is based upon Indian Standard time . Technical requirements Prospective students should review the technical requirementsfor taking courses at Legato Music Academy(webcam, microphone ,musical instrument prior to enrolling, at the same time the support will contact the student to conduct a test class to ensure the student meets all technical requirement and well equipped to join the class, as technical issues are not generally considered an acceptable reason for withdrawal or refund. Enrolled students will receive instructions to test the set up of their computer, webcam and microphone. This test should be completed in the week prior to the start of the course to provide enough time to resolve issues. Students can contact info@musiclegato.com with technical questions and issues. The Academy is entitled to make changes to policies, pricing, course content, course teachers, and any other Academy-related feature, materials, or processes at any given time. The Academy will attempt to provide reasonable notice to students of any changes. These changes are not generally considered an acceptable reason for withdrawal or refund. All members of the Academy's community must abide by the following technology policies: o Respect copyright and other intellectual-property rights, such as when copying files or passwords belonging to others. o Use software in accordance with license restrictions. o Identify oneself clearly and accurately in electronic communication. o Cooperate with investigations by the Academy, either of technical problems or of possible unauthorized or irresponsible use. The following are considered serious violations of the Academy's policies and at the Academy's sole discretion are grounds for immediate suspension of a student's access privileges, disciplinary action, suspension of communication, and other sanctions: o Distributing or making Academy content, software, or resources available to others. o Attempting to evade, disable, or "crack" password or other security provisions, or assisting others in doing so. o Modifying or damaging information without authorization, including but not limited to altering data, introducing viruses, or simply damaging files. o Using Academy resources for unlawful purposes or for other purposes not specifically permitted by the Academy. o Posting or electronically distributing any unlawful, threatening, obscene, profane, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind on the Academy website or to members of the Academy community, including without limitation, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability. o Improper use of copyrighted or proprietary materials, with the exception of content for which the author has given express written authorization for online distribution. Such content must be clearly marked with copyright information including the source, author, and year.
